All courses and digital products offered on our website are delivered online and accessible immediately after purchase. Because of the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted.

Refunds may only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing access to course materials (and unresolved after support assistance)

  • Duplicate or accidental purchase

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with proof and details. Refunds are granted at our sole discretion.


3. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your enrollment before accessing the course content to request a full refund.

  • Once you have started the course or accessed the content, cancellations will not be accepted.

  • Subscription-based services (if applicable) can be canceled anytime before the next billing cycle.
